We all come across clinical problems, which we have not encountered before and are not sure how to diagnose or manage it. Clinical problems are sometimes very complex and it nice to hear what other colleagues think. Send us anonymised information about particulars of your case and we will forward it to one of our colleagues, who will provide you with advice. In order to publish the correspondence on our website you would need to obtain your patient’s consent first.
